Hydraulic Test Stand for Mirage & F-7P aircraft

A hydraulic test stand for the Mirage (such as the Mirage 2000) is a specialized mobile ground service unit. It simulates aircraft hydraulic conditions to safely troubleshoot, bleed, filter, and test critical systems—like landing gear, flaps, and flight controls—without needing to run the jet’s engine.

-Key Capabilities and Specifications:
  • System Testing: Provides pressurized fluid to exercise flight controls, landing gear actuation, and braking.
  • Fluid Maintenance: Performs onboard degassing, dehydration, and dechloridation to maintain strict military fluid cleanliness standards.
  • Mobility: Built as towable, aero-transportable carts featuring stainless steel frames and drip retention trays.
  • Leak Detection: Runs remote-control tests for slow operations and checks locking pressures.

Mass Production Of APC M-113 Shock Absorber

The APC M-113 shock absorbers are heavy duty twin tube hydraulic viscous dampers used in APC M-113 suspension to absorb vibration energy and limit road wheel displacement. These are typically installed on the first, second  and final road wheels.

-Key Specifications:
  • Damper Type: Twin-tube viscous hydraulic damper designed to handle heavy tracked-vehicle loads.
  • Placement: Connected to the extreme and secondary road wheels to provide an effective damping moment against angular oscillations of the hull.

GHE & GSE For REK Weapon Assembly

GHE (Ground Handling Equipment) and GSE (Ground Support Equipment) for REK weapon assembly encompass the specialized mechanical and hydraulic systems required to safely transport, build, maintain and mount the Range Extension Kit (REK) onto standard general purpose bombs.

-Key Capabilities:

  • Weapon Loading Trolleys & Dollies: Specialized hydraulic or mechanical trolleys used to lift, transport, and mate the heavy 1,000 lb bombs and REK assemblies to aircraft hardpoints. These dollies are designed to raise heavy payloads to specific heights.
  • Loading Adaptors: Custom adapters (e.g., One Step Loading Adopters or glide bomb adaptors) attached to dollies for secure handling and attachment of the munition.
  • Hydraulic Test Stands & Benches: Test stands used to verify, calibrate, and troubleshoot the hydraulic systems (such as bomb loading dollies and missile power packs) to ensure the actuators and control surfaces operate properly before deployment.
  • Missile and Bomb Transport Carts: Ruggedized carts or trailers used to move assembled REK munitions from the armory bay to the flight line safely.

GHE & GSE For SD-10 Missile

GHE (Ground Handling Equipment) and GSE (Ground Support Equipment) for SD-10 Missileare the specialized servicing and loading tools required for the missile’s transport, testing, and arming on the aircraft.

-Key Parts:

  • Missile Loading Dollies / Trolleys: Specialized wheeled carts designed to transport the SD-10 safely from the weapons storage bunker to the tarmac.
  • Weapon Adapter Units / Hoists: Mechanical and hydraulic hoists mounted on maintenance cradles that align and lift the  missile precisely onto the aircraft’s pylon ejector racks (e.g., the KCA Dolly or multi-munition adapters).
  • Storage and Transit Containers: Environmental/shock-absorbing canisters used when shipping the missile to or between air bases.

Auto Flare Firing System

A ground-to-air flare firing system refers to ground-based pyrotechnic or rocket-assisted devices used for emergency signaling, illumination, or as infrared countermeasures. In a military or survival context, these manually fired or remotely initiated systems provide vital communication, targeting, and rescue capabilities from the ground to the air.

  • Function: Used primarily for combat search and rescue (CSAR), target marking, and illumination of large battlefield areas.
  • Capabilities: Military-grade ground illumination flares burn at extreme temperatures and can produce hundreds of thousands of candlepower for several minutes, providing night-vision goggle (NVG) compatible or visible illumination to pilots.
  • Capabilities: Aerial flares fired from the ground can reach altitudes of 100 to 300 meters, burning brightly for 5 to 40 seconds, and are visible from several miles away even in daylight.
  • Operation: The system is electrically operated and can be controlled from a long distance from its position as it is provided with a long wire connection between  the system and the control unit.

Glycol Filling Bench For Spada Missile System

A Glycol Filling Bench for the Spada Missile System is a specialized  ground support equipment used to service the liquid cooling loops within the missile or launcher. It accurately measures, mixes, and purges the glycol coolant, ensuring the guidance and electronic systems do not overheat during operation.

Key functionalities :
  • Precision Servicing: Safely charges and evacuates the missile’s liquid cooling system without introducing air bubbles.
  • Leak Testing: Ensures that high-pressure coolant circuits are completely sealed.
  • Calibration: Maintains the precise glycol-to-water mixture ratio critical for optimal heat transfer.

Consoles

Military consoles are specialized, ruggedized workstations built for 24/7 command, control and intelligence operations. Used in naval ships, ground vehicles, and war rooms, they integrate multi-monitor displays, communications, and C4ISR systems while being certified against extreme shocks, vibrations, and electromagnetic interference.

-Key Features:

. Anti-vibration mounts, electromagnetic compatibility (EMI/EMC) shielding, liquid-tight seals and specialized cooling.

. Multi-Function Consoles (MFC) process radar, sonar, electro-optical surveillance and weapon interfacing.

. Adjustable sit-stand heights, integrated cable management, and 24/7 heavy-duty durability.

Military Test Benches

Military test benches (also known as test stands or test rigs) are highly specialized system designed to simulate operational conditions, validate functionality and perform maintenance on defence and aerospace equipment. They ensure that aircraft, vehicles, and weapons systems are safe, reliable, and combat-ready.
